Come discover the pleasure of surfing and the spirit of surfing and its natural environment.

Course duration 1H30

We prefer classes according to the tide, always with the aim of optimizing safety and teaching quality.

During your internship, contents:

- presentation of the environment and safety rules
- presentation of the material, how to use it
- first sensation of gliding
- how to understand the different sea and wave conditions.
- how to straighten up on your board
- first sensation of standing glide
- optimize the standing position to slide as long as possible.
