You choose our courses 1,2,3,4, and 5 days of surf lessons, the price included the surf equipment.

1h30 of surf lessons per day supervised by a state patrol instructor.

Your yoga yard:

With a certified Yoga teacher.
The opportunity to recharge your batteries and take the time to relax.

Daily session of Yoga (Kini, Ashtanga, or Hatha) based on a complete practice including deep breathing, basic postures and relaxation and meditation.

The proposed practice is that of Hatha Yoga and more precisely that of Nathan Yoga.
It is complete in all the multitude of tools that it offers us.
Work focuses on the energetic body: bringing out the best qualities that are within us is one of the objectives of this Ancestral practice.
But also: To maintain and improve health, to increase its energy, to establish in us a state of well-being, to give the body more flexibility and strength, to find more calm and retreat.

Dreamlandes favors courses according to the tide and weather conditions, always with the aim of optimizing the safety and the quality of the teaching.
